The Lickimat slow feeder range is a healthy and fun alternative to a bowl. The licking surfaces are designed to help with anxiety reduction, entertainment, slow feeding, training and more.

The pockets of the LickiMat challenge your dog to get to their food, enriching their feeding experience. Perfect for treats, yogurt, peanut butter, spreads, raw food, liquid food, pet food.

All three surfaces types are suitable for raw, wet, dry and liquid dog food, as well as treats. The surface patterns differ to better suit different types of foods, treats and liquids:

  1. Buddy: Has a more complex surface and still allows separation of foods and treats.
  2. Playdate: has discrete pockets that will contain food. Liquids are easier to manage and keep separate from other food or treats.
  3. Soother: The most challenging of the three surfaces, it allows soft and liquid food to be licked out with extra tongue stimulation. It is best suited for soft, runny and liquid foods and treats. It is preferred for liquids such as the juice from BBQ chicken or roasts.

Please make sure you supervise your dog when first introducing them to LickiMat.

If your dog is a naughty chewer, or a teething puppy, then select from the LickiMat Tuff or Slomo ranges which are virtually indestructible.

    LickiMats are vet designed and provide a perfect treat licking and feeding surface for dogs. LickiMats encourage licking action in dogs, whether for eating treats or food.

    LickiMats allow you to spread out the dog food or treat on the mat surface or press the dog food or treat into the mat surface, encouraging your dog to lick to get the food or treat as a reward.

    The rubber tips of LickiMat gently scrape and stimulate your dog’s tongue whilst feeding or snacking. This increases saliva protection, improves oral hygiene, protects teeth and gums, and most importantly soothes your dog by releasing endorphins.

  • Selecting the right LickiMat for your dog comes down to:

    • what you feed your dog;
    • what treats your dog likes to eat;
    • whether your dog is a naughty chewer or not; and
    • whether or not you prefer to use the dishwasher to clean up.

    The size of dog does not really matter unless you want to use LickiMats as a bowl replacement - the classic XL range is great if your dog eats their whole meal from their mat.

    All mats can hold raw, wet, dry and liquid dog food, as well as treats and spreads. All LickiMats are microwave friendly, freezer-friendly and dishwasher safe (except the Classic range).

    LickiMat Classic

    Classics are microwave and freezer-friendly but are hand-wash only. They can be used inside the Keeper Range to stop dogs moving them, and to convert to a bowl.

    LickiMat Slomo

    Combine soft or liquid dog foods and treats on the mat at the same time without creating a mess.

    LickiMat Wobble

    “Wobbling” action adds extra layer of difficulty to the standard mat. Wobbles are designed for soft or liquid dog foods and treats. Freeze liquid treats and spreads with solid treats for hours of work. They are also reversible.

    LickiMat Splash

    Use during bathing, grooming, removing burrs from their coat or when you or the vet is inspecting or tending to your pet. Splash helps keep your pet focused, relaxed and still.
