Training a recall is a challenging behaviour, especially when outside with lots of distractions.
Be sure to build over time with plenty of layers, from easy recalls in the house to slowly outside and under harder environments.
Make sure to take reinforcements with you! Treats are highly recommended to build strong recalls and never punish a recall by ending a walk and clipping on the lead, or you can weaken the recall next time.
